Summer Slowdown or Start of a new trend ......

August sales continued to outpace last year, with the number of closed sales up 12% over 2015.  But for most of 2016, we've seen homes go pending within a week or two (if not days).  Last month, the days on market doubled on the Eastside from 19 to 40.  Inventory is still historically low, keeping the advantage in the seller's corner.  However, buyer's are definitely growing more cautious and taking their time to make an offer.
